Cook the Ramen and Veggies:
Boil the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. During the last minute of cooking, toss in the vegetables to soften. Drain most of the water, leaving just a little for mixing.
Flavor the Noodles:
Stir in the butter or oil along with the seasoning packet from the ramen. Add a splash of soy sauce or sprinkle garlic powder if desired.
Add the Cheese:
Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a splash of water or milk to loosen it up.
Serve and Enjoy:
Serve hot, adding hot sauce or other toppings if you like.
