Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare Crescent Rolls: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface. Separate the dough into individual triangles along the perforated lines.
Add Ham and Cheese: Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on the wide end of each crescent triangle. You can fold the ham and cheese to fit better if needed. Optionally, spread a small amount of Dijon or honey mustard on the dough before adding the ham and cheese for extra flavor.
Roll Up: Starting from the wide end, carefully roll up the dough into a crescent shape, enclosing the ham and cheese inside.
Brush with Butter: Place the rolled-up crescent rolls onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and dried parsley for extra flavor (optional).
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve: Let the ham and cheese crescent rolls cool for a few minutes before serving. They are best served warm!
