Healthy Big Mac Lettuce Wraps Recipe

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Big Mac Sauce:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ketchup, vinegar, and chopped pickles.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the sweetness by adding a bit of extra mustard or pickle relish if desired. Set aside.

2. Cook the Ground Beef:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the ground beef (or turkey/chicken) to the pan, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is fully cooked through and browned. Drain any excess fat if needed.

3. Assemble the Wraps:

  • Carefully separate the large lettuce leaves and rinse them under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.
  • Lay each lettuce leaf flat on a plate.
  • Spoon a generous amount of cooked ground beef onto the center of each lettuce leaf.
  • Drizzle the Big Mac sauce over the beef.
  • Add sliced red onions, tomato slices, and pickle slices on top.

4. Optional Toppings:

  • If desired, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef and toppings for a cheesy finish.
  • You can also add a few more pickles for extra crunch and flavor.

5. Wrap and Serve:

  • Gently fold the sides of the lettuce over the fillings to create a wrap.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your healthier, low-carb Big Mac Lettuce Wraps!
