Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it with non-stick spray.
Prepare the Crescent Rolls:
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles on the prepared baking sheet.
Assemble the Rolls:
On each crescent dough triangle, spread a small amount of Russian dressing (about 1 teaspoon).
Place a slice or two of corned beef on top of the dressing, followed by a spoonful of sauerkraut.
Sprinkle a little shredded Swiss cheese on top of the meat and sauerkraut.
Roll up each crescent triangle tightly, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the tip, forming a crescent shape.
Bake the Crescent Rolls:
Brush the tops of the rolled-up crescent rolls with melted butter for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
Serve:
Allow the rolls to cool for a couple of minutes before serving. If desired, serve with extra Russian dressing or mustard for dipping.
