Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, add the ripe banana, cooled coffee, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. If you’d like a colder, thicker smoothie, add ice cubes as well.
Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until everything is well combined and smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more milk or coffee to reach your desired consistency.
Taste and Adjust: Taste your smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if needed. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder for extra flavor.
Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy! You can also top it with a sprinkle of cinnamon, a drizzle of honey, or even a few coffee beans for decoration
