THE BEST DIP IN THE WORLD!!!

Instructions:

1. Prep the Base:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Add the Cheese:

  • Stir in the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Make sure everything is fully incorporated.

3. Add the Flavor:

  • Mix in the diced green chilies (if using), chopped jalapeños, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Adjust the seasoning to your taste, depending on how spicy you like your dip.

4. Bake the Dip:

  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (a 9×9-inch or similar size works well).
  • Smooth the top and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden on top.

5. Serve:

  • Let the dip cool for a few minutes, then serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies like carrot sticks and celery for dipping.
