If you’re using fresh blueberries, wash them thoroughly. If they’re frozen, there’s no need to thaw them.
Measure out your milk and yogurt.
2. Blend the Smoothie:
In a blender, combine the banana, blueberries, Greek yogurt, and milk.
Add honey or maple syrup to sweeten the smoothie, if desired.
Add vanilla extract if you’d like a little extra flavor.
If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes.
3. Blend Until Smooth:
Blend everything on high speed until smooth and creamy. You can adjust the thickness by adding more milk for a thinner smoothie or more ice for a thicker one.
4. Taste and Adjust:
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or syrup if needed. You can also add more fruit for extra flavor.
5. Serve:
Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
