Ranch-Parmesan Chicken

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray to prevent the chicken from sticking.

2. Prepare the Chicken:

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.

3. Prepare the Coating:

  • In a small bowl, mix together the Ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well until everything is combined.
  • In another bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for added flavor and crunch.

4. Coat the Chicken:

  • Spread a generous amount of the Ranch-Parmesan mixture over the top of each chicken breast, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Sprinkle the panko breadcrumb mixture over the ranch mixture, pressing it down gently to stick.

5. Bake:

  • Bake the chicken breasts in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C), and the coating is golden and crispy.

6. Serve:

  • Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve with your favorite sides like roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad
