Peach Smoothie

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

  • If you’re using fresh peaches, peel and slice them. If you’re using frozen peaches, no need to thaw them, as they will create a thicker smoothie.
  • Measure out the yogurt, milk, and juice, and have them ready to go.

2. Blend the Smoothie:

  • In a blender, combine the frozen peaches, yogurt, orange juice, and milk.
  • Add honey or maple syrup if you’d like extra sweetness, and a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  • If you want a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes or use frozen peaches for that icy consistency.

3. Blend Until Smooth:

  • Blend everything on high until smooth and creamy. You can add more milk or juice if the smoothie is too thick, or more ice if you prefer it colder.

4. Taste and Adjust:

  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or flavor to your liking by adding more honey, vanilla, or a splash of juice.

5. Serve:

  • Pour the peach smoothie into a glass and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with a few peach slices or a mint sprig for a fresh touch.
