Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Instructions:

  1. Cook the beef:
    • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Season the beef:
    • Stir in the taco seasoning and water (as per the packet instructions, or use the homemade seasoning). Let the mixture simmer for about 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef.
  3. Warm the tortillas:
    • While the beef is cooking, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat for 20-30 seconds on each side, or microwave them for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
  4. Assemble the wraps:
    • Lay a warmed tortilla flat on a plate. In the center, add about ¼ cup of the seasoned beef mixture. Drizzle with nacho cheese sauce (about 2 tablespoons), then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Add toppings:
    • Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños if you like a little heat. Add a dollop of sour cream and a spoonful of salsa for extra flavor.
  6. Wrap it up:
    • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom, securing all the ingredients inside.
  7. Serve:
    • Serve your Nacho Cheese Beef Wraps immediately, or slice them in half for easy sharing.
