Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.
2. Prepare the Sauce:
In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth and combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the marinara sauce with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
3. Layer the Casserole:
Spread a thin layer of the marinara sauce mixture at the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Place a layer of frozen ravioli over the sauce, spreading them out evenly.
Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture over the ravioli and spread it out gently.
Repeat with another layer of marinara sauce, ravioli, and the remaining cream cheese mixture.
4. Add Cheese:
Top the final layer with the remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella, cheddar (if using), and Parmesan cheese on top.
5. Bake the Casserole:
Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until it is hot and bubbly.
After 25-30 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and slightly crispy on top.
6. Serve:
Once the casserole is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or basil for a burst of color and freshness.
