In a large bowl, mix together the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and milk. Use your hands or a spoon to mix until well combined.
Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1-1.5 inches in diameter (you should get about 12-16 meatballs depending on size).
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and browned on the outside. You can check for doneness by cutting one in half (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
2. Prepare the Garlic Bread Dough:
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the biscuit dough. If using refrigerated biscuit dough, remove the biscuits and cut each one in half, creating a total of 12-16 pieces (or use larger pieces if using pizza dough).
3. Assemble the Garlic Bread Meatball Bombs:
Once the meatballs are done baking, take one piece of dough and flatten it slightly in the palm of your hand.
Place a meatball in the center of the dough, top with a little shredded mozzarella cheese, and wrap the dough around the meatball, pinching the edges to seal it.
Repeat with the remaining dough and meatballs, creating little dough balls with cheese and meatballs inside.
4. Coat with Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
Place the meatball bombs in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, seam side down.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of each bomb, ensuring they are all well coated.
5. Bake the Bombs:
Bake the garlic bread meatball bombs for 15-18 minutes, or until the dough is golden and cooked through and the cheese inside is melted.
6. Serve:
Once done, remove the bombs from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes.
Serve them warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping, if desired.
