Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Mix the Sauce:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Assemble the Casserole:
- Add the shredded chicken, cheese, and frozen mixed vegetables (if using) to the sauce mixture and stir until combined.
- Gently fold in the quartered biscuit dough pieces, ensuring they are coated with the sauce.
- Transfer to the Baking Dish:
- Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake:
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on top and cooked through.
- Add Finishing Touches:
- Brush the melted butter over the top of the casserole for extra flavor. Sprinkle with dried parsley, if desired.
- Serve:
- Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving. Scoop out portions and enjoy a comforting, cheesy, and bubbly meal
