Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil. This will help you easily lift the fudge out once it’s set.
Melt the White Chocolate and Butter:
In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and butter over medium heat. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
Add Flavoring:
Once the white chocolate mixture is smooth, remove it from the heat. Stir in the bubblegum extract and vanilla extract. Mix well to evenly distribute the flavor.
Mix in Marshmallows:
Fold in the mini marshmallows until evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture. The marshmallows will add a soft, fluffy texture to the fudge.
Add Color (Optional):
If you want to give your fudge a fun, colorful look, add a few drops of pink or blue food coloring to the mixture and stir until the color is evenly spread. You can also leave it white if you prefer.
Pour and Set:
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly with a spatula. If desired, sprinkle the top with colorful sprinkles for added fun.
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2-3 hours, or until it has fully set and is firm to the touch.
Cut and Serve:
Once the fudge is set, remove it from the pan using the edges of the parchment paper. Cut it into small squares and serve.
