Chicken Stuffed Crescent Rolls

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

2. Prepare the filling:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing (or ranch seasoning mix), garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix everything together until smooth and well combined.

3. Roll out the crescent dough:

  • Open the crescent roll dough package and unroll the dough on a flat surface. Separate it into the pre-scored triangles.

4. Stuff the crescent rolls:

  • Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wider end of each crescent roll triangle.
  • Carefully roll the dough up, starting from the wider end and rolling towards the point, enclosing the chicken mixture inside.

5. Arrange on the baking sheet:

  • Place the rolled crescent rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter for a golden finish.

6. Bake:

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and fully cooked through.

7. Serve:

  • Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Optionally, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley for added color and flavor.
