2. Prepare the filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing (or ranch seasoning mix), garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix everything together until smooth and well combined.
3. Roll out the crescent dough:
Open the crescent roll dough package and unroll the dough on a flat surface. Separate it into the pre-scored triangles.
4. Stuff the crescent rolls:
Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wider end of each crescent roll triangle.
Carefully roll the dough up, starting from the wider end and rolling towards the point, enclosing the chicken mixture inside.
5. Arrange on the baking sheet:
Place the rolled crescent rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter for a golden finish.
6. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and fully cooked through.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
