Prepare the Fruit: Slice the orange, lemon, lime, and apple. If using fresh pineapple, cut it into chunks. Slice or halve any berries you’re using.
Mix the Juices: In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the grape juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and apple juice (or cranberry juice). Stir to mix.
Sweeten (Optional): Add honey or agave syrup to the mixture, if you like it sweeter. Stir until dissolved.
Add the Fruit: Drop the sliced fruits and pineapple chunks into the pitcher. Gently muddle the fruits with a wooden spoon to release their juices and enhance the flavor.
Chill the Sangria: Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 6 hours, to let the flavors meld together. The longer it sits, the more flavorful it becomes.
Add Sparkle: Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water or club soda for a fizzy, refreshing effect. Stir gently.
Serve: Pour the sangria into glasses filled with ice, and garnish with extra fruit slices. Optionally, add a cinnamon stick to each glass for extra flavor and decoration.
